CHICKEN MANESTRA
chicken pieces
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
garlic, crushed
4 cups water
3 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup Ozro
salt
pepper
1. Saute onion in olive oil.
2. Brown chicken pieces.
3. Add water and tomato paste, simmer chicken for 30 minutes.
4. Add Ozro, stirring with a watchful eye until Ozro is tender.
